| As these sites were designed with University Computers in mind, in other words, for multiple Operating Systems, Browsers, and generally 'non-standard' settings, we were unable to use any form of programming that could be disabled, or not accessible by the user. Instead, we had to almost re-invent the wheel.
Other novel features of this site include:- The ability for the administrator to change any of the text on the site without re-writing the underlying page itself.
- At the touch of a button, the entire site translates into another language.
- Conversion of CV's into a searchable format by the Employers.
- Enhancement Reporting.
- Auto generated Timesheet production.

This site is in effect a 'cut-down' version of the DiversityNow site, whilst still employing the same functionality for the administrator.

As the customer had a limited budget to work to, this site had to be designed within very tight guidelines, keeping everything as simple as possible.
As the existing database was in a MS Access format, which the customer was very familiar with, a MS Access Frontend was designed in order for them to administer all data on the site.
